Our Story

Ogden Valley Pizza was founded in 2016 when our local pizza joint closed it's doors. I was already frustrated that I couldn't get dang good pizza in the area... so an idea was born to build a takeout and delivery business, with awesome pizza, keeping it simple, and make sure the menu stayed small so that we could concentrate on quality and flavor. I know it seems easy to do, however it took us close to a year to develop the dough, one that would deliver without getting soggy and had the texture and flavor that reminded me of my childhood... You know, the 80's in America! That's my idea of great pizza! Don't get me wrong, I love ALL pizza, but to me that was the pinnacle! Friday nights as a teenager meant renting a VHS or BETA movie, grabbing a pizza, and inviting all my buddies over! That's what I call nostalgia!

Here at Ogden Valley Pizza we are proud to use as many local products in our pizzas as we can source. We have the best flour from just over the mountain supplied from Big J Milling and they carefully make sure every bag that comes to us is perfect! One of my favorite local companies is Miss Essie's Southern BBQ and we love these guys! During the recent pandemic they went above and beyond to help keep us on track and I promise you, they have best BBQ sauce you'll ever put on anything!

We love the outdoors and we love the valley we live in. As a company we support as many of the local charities and causes that we can afford to be involved in: cleanups, local education, teams and individual athletes! Every year we bring several school classes in to the shop to teach kids how a business runs and operates. Needless to say we are committed to bringing awesome pizza to our neighbors, we are proud to serve the community where we live and where we raise our own family!
